Paid for your Côn Đảo Express ferry but unsure whether the booking is complete? A received enquiry or bank transfer receipt is not automatically a valid ticket. Check the issued e-ticket or confirmation before heading to the port.
Enquiry, seat confirmation and e-ticket are different
An enquiry means your details have been received. Seat confirmation follows an availability check. The valid e-ticket or booking document is issued according to the operator’s process and may include a booking reference or QR code. Follow the instructions for your specific sailing.
Check the key details on your ticket
Review every passenger name, the direction of travel, departure date and time, ship name if shown, terminal at each end, seat class and the booking or ticket reference. For return trips, check both legs separately. The central passenger terminal and Bến Đầm on Côn Đảo are different locations.
Ticket QR codes are not payment QR codes
Some e-tickets include a QR code for boarding checks. A bank-transfer QR code is different and is not a boarding pass. Avoid posting your full ticket QR or booking reference on social media, as it may expose private booking details.
What if the name, date or route is wrong?
Contact the staff member who handled your request as soon as possible. Provide the booking reference and explain the correction needed. Do not edit the ticket image yourself. Changes may depend on the fare conditions, sailing and issuing operator.
Before you leave for the port
Save a readable copy of your ticket on your phone and keep it charged. Bring the required travel documents and arrive according to the reporting time given on the ticket. If the ship or terminal changes, reconfirm before travelling.
