Helicopters in photographs: a visual archive

Ngôn ngữEnglish

This is an archival photo gallery of helicopters. The photographs show different aircraft on the ground and in flight, from side profiles and cockpit views to pictures taken from below. Paint schemes and visible registrations help distinguish individual helicopters.

These photographs do not confirm current flight schedules, aircraft availability, ticket prices or routes to Côn Đảo. Helicopters shown here are not part of the Côn Đảo Express passenger-ferry fleet.

VN-8426: two different views

The two images show the aircraft windows, cockpit glazing and landing gear from different angles. The dates and purposes of the flights have not been verified.

VN-8420: on the airfield and in flight

One photograph shows the helicopter parked at the airfield; the other captures it against a blue sky. The registration, fuselage, windows and landing gear can be compared between the two photographs.

VN-8428 and VN-8424 in the archive

The first two photographs show VN-8428 from different angles with airport buildings behind it. A side view of VN-8424 makes the registration easier to identify. These are visual details, not evidence of each aircraft’s current operating status.

Rotors, cockpit and airfield surroundings

The head-on photograph highlights cockpit glazing; a view from below shows the underside and landing gear. A wider airfield scene includes passengers, but does not identify anyone or imply the purpose of their journey.

How to interpret these archival photographs

This gallery is for identifying and appreciating aircraft in photographs. It must not be used to infer live flight schedules or helicopter bookings. For sea travel to Côn Đảo, explore our passenger vessels and check the current ferry schedule before choosing a date.

Keep preparing for your journey.
