Three steps to prepare your request

- Confirm before payment: check the vessel name, departure time and port, availability, total price, and change or cancellation conditions.
When is your ticket confirmed?
Submitting a request does not mean a seat has been reserved or a ticket issued. Treat the booking as complete only after receiving confirmation and a valid e-ticket from the ticket issuer.
Check passenger names, route, date and time, seat class and boarding instructions on the ticket. If anything is incorrect, contact the issuer to have it resolved before your journey.
